A Diagnostic Review is an evaluation of your business’s QuickBooks Online (QBO) financial file. During this evaluation, we will review your QBO account in detail. We will take a look at:

• The setup of your QBO account
• The bank accounts being tracked through QBO
• An evaluation of your Balance Sheet accounts
• An evaluation of your Profit and Loss Accounts
• Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable and Products / Services will also be evaluated.
• If applicable, payroll, inventory and sales tax will also be reviewed.

Upon completion of the Diagnostic Review, you will receive a detailed report that includes our findings. From these findings, we are able to recommend the appropriate services to you and your business – whether that be a clean up of your financial files, monthly bookkeeping, etc. The Diagnostic Review is a paid service that we offer and it is recommended as the first step in order to determine your bookkeeping needs.
